10" lighter

I always go to the hair dresses with the thought of a new do; this time I was brave enough to do it for the first time in 10 years.  I have also always wanted to have my hair long enough to donate to Locks of Love and so here goes the 10".  Elise barely recognized her mommy:)

2 months ~ Finnegan

Two months old

Our sweet baby boy, you are growing so fast.  You have the most beautiful and squisky big cheeks that seem to grow with each day.  This last month you have leared to gaze and really connect with those around you with your pretty dark blue eyes.  You smiled for the first time two weeks ago for mommy and have been doing it ever since, this just melts our hearts.  You lost the top and front part of your hair but it is slowly growing back a light brown color, like daddy's.    You had your first flu this month with a fever of 101F but you were a tropper and handled the blood work and xrays like a champ, better than mommy :)  You still like to get up every two hours at night and snooze large parts of the day while being held.  You love to be in a room full of people, the noisier the better and absolutely hate the opposite.  We love you so so much little man.  We'll see how big you our at your appointment on Tuesday.

Thought I could squeeze you into your stocking but it barelly fit above your legs:)

Can't wait to celebrate our first Christmas with you!

Eli's friends

Elise, Abbrielle and Elysse

Elise, Miles, Evan and Maddeck

deda's companion

Deda (means grandpa in Czech) had his favorite companion for a drive around the block in his special car.   Elise didn't move an inch and had a smile ear to ear the entire 5 minutes; I think deda did as well.

After the ride Elise learned how to make a fire and most importantly that it is very hot.

fun in Leavenworth

The sun glistened through the misty rain that fell on the sleepy orchards; made for the most beautiful day.  We spent the morning spoiled by grandma and grandpa with a delicious blueberry pancake breakfast and their love and snuggles with the babies.  Loved every minute.

Grandma is a pro hanging the Christmas lights.

Elise looks so grown up in this photo... cant believe in a few short years she'll be running on this tennis court with a ball and racket in hand:)

sunny start to December

Beautiful sunshine, sea gulls, ducks and the park is a recipe for a perfect Saturday morning.
